Step 1
Inquiry & Welcome
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a secure link to PCloud, where you can safely upload:
• Photos
• Video clips
• Music preferences
• Important dates and documents
You will also receive a link to a guided questionnaire (Google Document) where you can share meaningful details about your loved one — milestones, personality traits, favorite memories, quotes, and anything you’d like included.
This ensures the tribute reflects the life authentically.
Step 2
Design & Creation (Days 2–5)
After all materials are submitted, we begin crafting your Legacy Experience™.
Using your selected colors, music, style preferences, and storytelling notes, we design and professionally edit your custom digital tribute.
Every detail — pacing, transitions, typography, emotional flow — is carefully curated to honor the life beautifully.
Step 3
Delivery & Digital Activation (Day 6–7)
Once completed:
• The finished slideshow is uploaded back to your secure PCloud folder.
• A private access link is provided.
• Your custom QR code is generated and activated.
Your tribute is now accessible anytime through a simple scan.
Step 4
Physical Tribute Production (If Selected)
If you choose a Legacy Plaque™, Legacy Jewelry™, or Legacy Printed™ edition, we then move into physical production.
At this stage, we confirm:
• Engraving layout and wording
• Metal finish (Gold, Silver, Black)
• Jewelry shape or plaque size
• Hardcover, softcover, or magazine-style print options
Once approved, your selected items are precision-engraved and crafted according to your specifications.
Step 5
Completion & Preservation
Your physical tribute is delivered, and your digital experience remains securely accessible.
Plaques become interactive.
Jewelry becomes personal.
Printed editions become heirlooms.
The entire experience — from submission to final delivery — is typically completed within approximately one week, ensuring both efficiency and thoughtful craftsmanship.
